On behalf of Cumann Ó Mathúna, I am writing to notify you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the club will take place on Saturday 11th of January 2020 in the club hall 7.30pm.
Nominations for positions on the executive committee and motions for the AGM must be received by the secretary by 9pm on Saturday the 21st of December. Such nomination and motions can be left in the club or be posted to me at 3 Boyne Valley, Slane Road, Navan, Co. Meath.
Only Full Members, whose membership fees were paid by the 31st of March 2019 are eligible for election to the Executive Committee. In addition, nominations and motions may only be proposed and seconded by Full Members whose membership fees were paid by the 31st of March 2019.
Copies of all nominations and motions will be published in the clubhouse and online at www.navanomahonys.com on or before the 1st of January. A copy can also be obtained by contacting the secretary at (086)1578797 or secretary.omahonys.meath@gaa.ie.
